“Champions and Flowers”

Yankee Stadium, Botanical Gardens & Arthur Ave

Our tour will start at Yankee Stadium.

Take a tour of Yankee Stadium and learn the history about the 27-time World Series Champion New York Yankees! Get up close to historic baseball artifacts, visit exclusive locations, and learn about the various events that take place at the Stadium throughout history.

Followed by Yankee Stadium we will explore the Beautiful Botanical Gardens with a 1 hour Narrated Tram Ride through the park.  After the tram ride you will have 2 hours to explore on your own.

The New York Botanical Garden (NYBG) is one of the premier botanical gardens in the United States, located in the Bronx in New York City. It spans some 250 acres (100 ha) of Bronx Park and is home to some of the world's leading plant laboratories. It offers major exhibitions and flower shows throughout the year, drawing over 800,000 visitors annually.

Then we will head over to Arthur Ave for great shopping and great food.  You will have 3 hours to enjoy the great restaurants and shopping.

Don’t forget your cooler!

Ask any New Yorker about Arthur Avenue in the Bronx and you get either puzzlement or a flood of loving sentiment about the real Little Italy of New York, the best place for bread, pasta, meat, pastries, espresso machines, the only place to buy Italian sausage, and more. The paradox is real: Many New Yorkers never heard of the place, while for others its home away from home … although it is often a well-kept secret.
